What does the QuickBooks sync include?
Customers, invoices, and payments push from Servato into QuickBooks Online, and payments or customer edits made in QuickBooks flow back. Jobs and estimates stay in Servato — it's your system of record for the work, QBO stays your book of record.
Which QuickBooks versions work?
All QuickBooks Online plans — Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, and Advanced. The sync uses core objects available on every plan. QuickBooks Desktop is not supported.
How do I connect?
Settings → Integrations → Connect QuickBooks. You'll sign in to Intuit, approve access, and you're synced. Owners and admins control the connection; disconnect anytime.
Is my QuickBooks data safe?
Yes. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted server-side and are never readable from the browser. Servato never runs AI over your QuickBooks data, and disconnecting revokes access immediately.
