What if the AI gets it wrong?
If the failure is on us, support confirms it, we fix it, and you get a free re-run of the same plan set; a refund only if that re-run fails on our side again. Revisions that change scope (you added a wing, changed the roof, etc.) count as a new project.
Do I need the full Servato plan?
Yes. AI takeoffs feed into estimates, contracts, invoices, and schedules — the whole point is one workflow. You can't buy takeoffs standalone.
What plan types work?
