What plan types does the AI read?

How accurate is the AI takeoff?
Every line comes with a confidence band and a reference to the sheet it came from; low-confidence items are flagged so you check them first. Where the drawing doesn't say, the line is held at zero with an RFI instead of a guess. The output is AI-generated, not human reviewed — you review and adjust it in a familiar spreadsheet UI before you bid.
