A one-page PDF straight out of Servato: satellite markup of a sample property with lawn, planting beds, concrete flatwork and sprinkler heads outlined, plus the quantity table your client would see. We'll email it to you.

Yes to both. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from Settings → Billing in one click. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you paid for.
You'll get a heads-up before you're blocked. From there you can add extra seats — any seat, estimator or crew, at $39/user/mo on every plan — or jump to the next tier if you also need the higher-tier features.
Your customers never see a fee — they pay the invoice amount, nothing added. On your side, Servato keeps a 1% platform fee out of each portal payment plus Stripe's standard processing fee (typically 2.9% + 30¢ for cards in the US). Your net proceeds are shown on every payment.
It's yours. You can export everything — contacts, jobs, estimates, invoices, photos, and notes — as CSV or PDF at any time. When your paid period ends, the workspace is locked until you resubscribe; Settings stays open so you can still export, and we don't delete your records — email us and we'll send your export or reactivate you.
Yes. Servato imports contacts, jobs, and historical invoices from CSV exports of any major tool — QuickBooks, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Excel, Google Sheets — with AI column mapping on every plan. Or email the file to onboarding@servato.app: the automated migration concierge stages it in your workspace, proposes the column mapping, and replies — you review and confirm in the importer before anything is written.
Yes — pay yearly and get 2 months free (about 17% off) on any plan. You can switch from monthly to yearly at any time from Settings → Billing.
Yes — fully bilingual on every plan, every screen, every email. Each person on your team picks their own language and it sticks across devices. No paid 'language pack' add-on like some legacy tools.
Yes. Servato is mobile-first: your crew gets a streamlined field view on any phone or tablet, and key actions (logging time, taking job photos, updating status) keep working when service drops and sync once you're back online.
Every plan includes a monthly Measure allowance: Starter 50 manual measures + 20 AI scans, Pro 100 + 40, Business 200 + 80. Past that, a manual measure is $2.90 and an AI scan is $9.90 — you confirm in-app before an over-allowance session starts, and the overage is added to your next monthly invoice. AI scan packs are cheaper per scan and are used before any overage: 10 for $89, 50 for $395 or 200 for $1,395. Buy them under Settings → Billing.
You get a heads-up in the app, then a one-time top-up or an upgrade. Top-ups for the current billing period: plan pages 25 for $19 or 125 for $79; AI chat budget $25 for $59 or $100 for $249; emails 5,000 for $15 or 25,000 for $59. Top-ups don't roll over to the next period. Photo storage is a recurring +50 GB block for $29/mo on any plan; Pro and Business also bill $0.10/GB/mo beyond the included storage, while Starter pauses new uploads at the cap until you add a block or upgrade.
Yes. A single credit is $399; packs are 5 credits for $1,745 ($349 each) or 20 credits for $4,980 ($249 each). All are one-time purchases, available on any plan or with no plan at all, from the Project Unlock section above or Settings → Takeoff credits.
A Project Unlock credit unlocks one plan set. That unlock includes up to 25 Photo Takeoff runs on the same plan set at no extra charge. Running Photo Takeoff on a plan set that isn't unlocked yet spends one credit, which unlocks that set.
Beyond the headline features, Servato ships with the workflow plumbing most tools charge extra for.
