Your customers never see a fee — they pay the invoice amount, nothing added. On your side, Servato keeps a 1% platform fee out of each portal payment plus Stripe's standard processing fee (typically 2.9% + 30¢ for cards in the US). Your net proceeds are shown on every payment.
It's yours. You can export everything — contacts, jobs, estimates, invoices, photos, and notes — as CSV or PDF at any time, including after you cancel. We keep your account in read-only mode for 30 days after cancellation so you can export at your own pace, then it's archived — email us if you ever want to reactivate.
